The WOD (Workout of the Day)

WOD is our daily class that mixes strength and cardio exercises.

It begins with a warm-up, followed by technique or strength training, and ends with a workout session.

Workouts vary each day, aiming to make you sweat and eager for more. They can be quick for intense efforts or longer for improving endurance.

Movements are shown and explained for all levels, and participants can adjust the intensity to their comfort. These classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, with coaches available to assist as needed.

HYROX

Our HYROX classes are designed to help you build the key elements needed for race-day performance: conditioning, strength, and muscle endurance.

Each session targets these areas to improve your overall fitness, prepare you for the demands of the event, and help you move faster and more efficiently through every station.

Weightlifting

Our weightlifting classes focus on the Olympic lifts: the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. These lifts often appear in our workouts, and this class slows things down to improve technique and build strength.

Each session begins with a warm-up, followed by technique work and strength training.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, this class will help you better understand and improve your Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

The Team WOD

This is where we get to help each other push that little harder!

On Saturdays we host our team WODs where we will work in teams of 2 to 4 people.

These workouts are long and fun with the focus of helping each other push to the limit.

It doesn't matter who your partner is in the workout, it might be a family member, a friend or just a workout buddy or someone you meet on the day. You will always be able to do the workout at your level and pace.

Mobility

These classes focus on improving flexibility, body control and movement efficiency.

Sessions include a warm-up, skill work and drills to develop strength, balance and coordination through body weight or lightweight movements.

Great for all levels, these classes help build a strong foundation for more advanced skills and support better performance in all workouts.
