The WOD (Workout of the Day)
WOD Is our daily class that mixes strength and cardio exercises.
It begins with a warm-up, followed by technique or strength training, and ends with a workout session.

Workouts vary each day, aiming to make you sweat and eager for more. They can be quick for intense efforts or longer for improving endurance.

Movements are shown and explained for all levels, and participants can adjust the intensity to their comfort.

These classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, with coaches available to assist as needed.

Endurance
The name already says it here, we are trying to improve our overall endurance.
With these classes the focus is on improving our work capacity, that can be trying to improve our 2km time on a rower or being able to do bigger sets of KB swings in a workout.
The workouts are generally longer and with lighter weights so that we can keep the tempo high and the sweat dripping down your forehead.
Anyone can join our Endurance classes, and they are perfect if you are looking to improve your cardio and burn some fat.

Weightlifting
With our weightlifting classes we focus on the Olympic Lifts known as Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
They are often found in our workouts and with the weightlifting classes we make sure to take the tempo out of the classes so we can focus on improving our technique and then trying to build strength in the movements.
The class always starts with a warm up where after we will dive into the technique of the movement and then work on our strength to improve our performance.
If you are looking to understand the Snatch or Clean & Jerk better or wanting to improve your strength and technique this is the class for you. You can join this class even if you are a beginner or advanced weightlifter.

The Team WOD
This is where we get to help each other push that little harder!
On Saturdays we host our team WODs where we will work in teams of 2 to 4 people.

These workouts are long and fun with the focus of helping each other push to the limit.
It doesn't matter who your partner is in the workout, it might be a family member, a friend or just a workout buddy or someone you meet on the day. You will always be able to do the workout at your level and pace.

Strength
It's time to get strong folks. In our strength classes we focus on getting stronger in the classic compound movements. Squats, Shoulder press, Bench press and Deadlift.
In our strength classes we will take 4-8 week periods and focus on certain movements to give you the best chance at building muscle and gaining strength.
As always, we will start with a warm-up. Afterward, we will focus on the main lift for the day, and then we will finish with some accessory work, also known as successory work, to gain the edge.

These classes are for all levels and anyone who wants to build strength and muscle.
